This heart-wrenching dark comedy begins when Dean finds his friend, Troy, hanged himself in the middle of their mother's pool party. Troy was a supplier of "happy" pills to school students, and after his death, three teenagers—Billy, Lee, and Crystal—attempt to seize his remaining stock. They held Dean's sister hostage as ransom, but it turns out they had the wrong person! In a suburban world that seems perfect but is full of falsehoods, Dean must face the chaotic absurdity of life.
