Wong Fei-Hung arrived in Peking amidst the hustle and bustle of the Lion Dance contest announced by the Empress. Overshadowed by romantic tensions with Russian diplomat Tumanovsky—Aunt Yee's former schoolmate who is now her secret fiancé—Wong also has to face Club Foot, a cruel fighter who works for Leung Fun, a criminal who wants to win the contest at all costs.
